How much earlier overpayments bring you through each key LTV band.
Settings
Update rate, monthly payment, allowance or deal date. Does not affect current balances or payment history.
Override the current balance for a part — use this if the balance has drifted from your actual NatWest figure, or to correct an entry error. This also resets the starting balance used for trajectory comparisons.
This directly overwrites the stored balance. Any future scheduled payments will calculate interest from the corrected figure.
Remove incorrect payment entries. Removing a scheduled payment will let it re-process correctly on the next load. Removing an overpayment reverses the balance reduction.
Log a new deal when you remortgage. This preserves your full history and updates projections from the new deal date forward.
